Fried Snake?

Ever hear about people seeing a snake and jumping 5 feet in the air? Well thats what Megan did last night as Clint pulled out a 4 foot long Diamond Back Rattlesnake our of a plastic bag. I have to say, that thing kinda cought me off guard as well. But it wasn't a problem for him. He just threw it in the sink and started cutting that snake up for one heck of a meal. Megan never returned to join us until the butchering had been completed. It was a mighty good meal, we breaded the snake, put some rosemary on it and fried it. It was a great Friday night. And a great ending to a long week.
